Ethics statement

Here at FCL, we conduct ourselves ethically, honestly and thoroughly comply with the law in all countries we operate in. How we conduct ourselves is as critical to FCL's success as making some of the highest quality filters in the world. Our business conduct and compliance policies are the foundations to how we do business and put our values into practice daily.

Compliance

Many compliance functions are deeply integrated into our business. FCL focuses on business conduct, political compliance, export and sanctions compliance, health compliance, antitrust compliance, and anti-corruption compliance. We continually assess our programs to ensure they are effective and meet the required standards. We make changes to our policies and our training to reflect emerging trends. FCL's compliance team provides regular updates to the Board of Directors.

Sustainability

As a growing business, we are always looking to innovate and develop our products in new and exciting ways, but it must be sustainable for the company and the environment. That's why here at FCL, we see sustainability as a vital part of the filtration process. For us, it means more than just separating harmful materials from useful ones. That's why we are investing in cleaner and more energy-efficient equipment, from big machinery to LED lights in our offices and warehouses. We believe that everyone needs to do their part, thats why all our un-oiled filters are packed with no plastic packaging and we use recycled polythene for our oiled products. we use black polythene as it has a higher recycle percentage, we bail all our cardboard and plastic wrap, we shred all our scrap/waste foam and we auto purge all of our PU nozzles instead of outright replacing them every time. This is just the beginning, as we have big plans for the future of FCL.
