Advanced Filter Media

Our filters feature a finely pleated synthetic media composed of ultra-fine fibres. This media ensures efficient particle removal throughout the filter's lifetime.

Optimised Pleat design

Competitor filters often suffer from wide, uneven pleats that reduce filtration surface area and efficiency. In contrast, we use precision pleating technology to create sharp, uniform V-shaped pleats. This design maximises filter surface area, ensuring consistent airflow, improved dust capture, and lower energy consumption. This results in longer service life and reduced operating costs.

Durable, Hygienic Frame

Unlike traditional filters with moisture-sensitive cardboard frames that deform, leak, and fail to maintain dimensional stability, FCL HVAC filters are built with fully synthetic, moisture-resistant frames. This ensures hygienic, trouble-free operation and full compliance with EN45545-2 fire safety and toxicity standards.

Leak-Free Assembly

Where traditional filters may only be folded at the edges, leading to high leakage and limited effectiveness. FCL HVAC filters are assembled using hot-melt bonding for a secure, leak-free seal between the media and the frame. This allows for optimal airflow and particle capture, even in the border areas of the filter. Our filters maintain high filtration integrity up to class EN 779 or ISO ePM1/ISO 16890.
