ANN ARBOR, Mich. – July 1, 2013 – Continuing a strategy of global expansion for its filtration products, Affinia Group has acquired a filter logistics company based in the United Kingdom that is supporting the WIX light and heavy-duty filtration products.

European Filtration Limited (EFL), which is headquartered in Northampton, UK, began operations in May 2010, supporting the distribution of WIX products throughout England and Ireland. EFL has achieved significant growth during the past three years, leading to the acquisition by Affinia.
