I joined FCL in April 2014. At the time I was looking for a new opportunity and received an offer from FCL that I found very interesting for the development of my career, giving me the opportunity to join a great team and a great company.
What is your job role?
I am the Sales Manager at the FCL office in Spain. My role is to provide support and service to our customers in Spain, ensuring that they receive an excellent personalised service regarding any issues they have. I also take care of the business development, looking for new business opportunities and I am responsible for managing our office in Spain.
What do you enjoy about your job?
What I like about my job is that it is very dynamic, allowing me to learn something new every day, meeting and working with industry professionals, both customers and suppliers. You learn a lot from the people you meet.
I have a clear focus on dealing with people and providing an excellent level of customer service, so it’s something I welcome professionally and personally.
What do you like about the company?
The best thing about working for the FCL Organisation is the team, everyone works closely together for a common goal, to make this great company better every day.
