James has been with the group for over 13 years. With an automotive background, He progressed from Filtration Control Ltd (FCL) Sales Manager to Sales Director following completion of the MBO in 2014. As well as liaising with the key suppliers and core customers, he responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of FCL. Under James’s stewardship the business has opened offices in Madrid Spain, Nassjo Sweden and more recently in Athlone Ireland to support the local markets. James continues to develop the business in various countries and sectors as part of the growth plans, always ensuring customers requirements are put first.
Stacy is responsible for all Companies within the Organisation ensuring the business continues to grow by way of developing new clients, maintaining its customer base and understanding the evolving needs of our core industries. Stacy began life in the company starting the AdBlue division of Filtration Control Ltd (FCL) which was incorporated in 2009 as Filtration Control Solutions Ltd (FCSL) to allow the newly formed company to extend its product range into Lubricants and Coolants. She headed up the Organisation management team who successfully completed the management buyout of FCL and FCSL in early 2014 and the purchase of TPC and POTN which followed.
Mike joined FCSL in 2011 having previously worked at Shell’s super distributor GB oils for 6 years. He has a wide knowledge of Oils and Lubricants liaising with key suppliers both in the UK and mainland Europe, to ensure the stability and commercial benefits to the company of a commodity based market is achieved and is responsible for ensuring year on year growth of FCSL.
James Pearman heads up the competition side of the business which includes Pipercross, TPC and POTN. His expertise spans across a wide range of products and accessories for race, sport and road vehicles, successfully increasing export business and setting up worldwide exclusive importers and distributors, whilst growing the global brand and image of Pipercross.
Adam HughesOperations Director
Adam Joined the Pipercross team in 1999, quickly progressing to head up the design and development of the Pipercross product and then the Group Manufacturing team. Adam is now responsible for the Operations of all the companies within the Organisation as well as overseeing the continuous research and development at our manufacturing facility, adopting lean methodology and innovative designs . He is the management representative for our ISO9001 quality and ISO14001 environmental accreditations which we have held since 2008, and has driven successful continual improvement programmes throughout the organisation.
Philip HudsonFinance Director
Philip joined FCL Ltd in 2002 as Finance Director and has served as a board member both pre and post the management buyout in 2014. Responsible for the financial stewardship of all the Companies within the Organisation with a group turnover now in excess of £30m operating in the UK and overseas markets.
