Nick DowdBusiness Development Manager
With 20 years of experience in the Oils and Lubricants industry, Nick joined the team in 2011. He has an extensive background in technical sales and team management with experience at Shell Direct and responsibilities that included account management for all Shell’s UK distribution network.
In September 2017 Nick was promoted to the Sales Team Manager.
Having worked within the Filtration Control Organisation since 1997, Mike is familiar with all aspects of group operations. Moving across to account management in early 2007, Mike has been at the forefront of the companies’ development offering effective account and project management, advice and assistance to customers at all levels. He has a wide experience in project management of turnkey solutions for fuelling and AdBlue installations having overseen over 300 installations nationwide, most notably bringing together contractors, and stakeholders over an 18 month AdBlue installation project providing the transport network to the London Olympics 2012.
Pat PenderTechnical Sales Manager On Highway & Off Highway UK & Ireland
Pat Joined the company in 2016, Focusing on growing new business in the Construction,Quarrying & Mining, industries. Pat has gained over 30 years experience in these Sectors and manages our new distribution facility in Athlone, Ireland.
Carl WilsonHead of Rail Parts supply - UK & Europe
Carl joined Filtration Control in September 2017 and has a background in electrical engineering spanning many years within the Rail Industry. With the launch of our new division – Rail Parts Supply, Carl will be focusing on the range of products for this sector, looking to maintain and grow current accounts as well as achieve new business. Carl resides in the Wiltshire area of the country.
Jack joined the company in 2015, initially joining the Marketing Department on a part time basis with the intention of going to University. After deciding to join the business full time and focus on a Career, he began developing our Online Sales function, managing the eBay and Amazon accounts of Pipercross Performance Oils and FCL Online of which he is responsible for the fantastic success and month on month growth.
Natalia came from the Aeronautical Engineering sector, having collaborated in the European project of the Airbus – A 350.
She joined the Filtration Control Organisation in April 2014 at the FCL Spanish office for Sales, offering during this time business development and the creation of a stable portfolio of clients, Since June 2017 Natalia has become the Manager of the FCL Branch in Spain.

Steve PerriamBusiness Development Manager - FCSL
Steve Joined FCSL in December 2016 as Business Development Manager- FCSL and impressively has over 40 years experience in the industry. Steve started in the oil business with Mobil in 1977 working in the Technical department in Manchester and transferring to Glasgow – before joining Elf Oil in the south of England in 1983. From there – a succession of roles, embracing various acquisitions and take overs during the following 17 years. Various roles and challenges have followed on from leaving Total in 2000: Gulf Oil; Texaco; Castrol Australia to name a few. Most of Steve’s experience has been in the lubricating oil market.

Kam Gill Sales and Marketing Assistant
Kam joined the FCL organisation at the end of 2017 as a Customer Service Apprentice. After his apprenticeship came to end Kam wanted a change in career after studying it at college, he joined the marketing team at the end of 2018, as well he helps with the online sales on Ebay and Amazon.
